In order for this to work, I created a RRAS site-to-site L2TP VPN for our organizations.-Squid caching and proxy server: implemented a caching proxy at the edge of the network in order to speed up page loading times and save Internet bandwidth.-Single Sing-On solution for Wordpress: Integrated Apache with Active Directory to authenticate employees to the web-server. Then wrote a Wordpress plug-in to log the user into Wordpress automatically based on those credentials (and to also keep them away from the Wordpress administration page).
