      Provide help desk support at all levels (tier I, II, and III) for hardware, software, and communications issues to over 2000 members of the JPEO-CBD community. This includes ensuring users are aware of and adhere to information management and information assurance policies. I work with new employees to obtain network and system access. In support of telework and remote access operations, I assist with configuring and troubleshooting information access and communications via email, instant messaging, and blackberry. As a member of the support team, I record the incoming requests, resolve those that can be resolved remotely, and assign action to other help team members where appropriate. I am required to identify and resolve issues related to desktop hardware and software, network assets and connectivity, and application access and capabilities. Support the use of the JPEO-CBD’s 22 SharePoint collections with over 100 sub sites and 400 GB of content. Working from user requirements, I create and apply custom lists, web parts and document libraries within those collections and assist users in resolving issues with access and authentication, developing and apply best practices, and obtaining training on both SharePoint and organization specific applications.
