Advised by Dr. David Turnshek and Dr. Russell Clark on a weather balloon project to measure shadow banding in the upper atmosphere right before and after totality during upcoming solar eclipses. Built a computational model to predict the trajectory of weather balloons using NOAA forecasting models to predict the location of scientific payloads during eclipse totality and to inform launch location selection and worked on a device to model shadow banding to test instruments built to measure them on the payload.
