Senior Broker for Newmark Grubb Cressy & Everett specializing in industrial and investment properties throughout Indiana and Michigan. During these years I have equipped myself with all functions necessary to grow my business. My position requires a large scope of skills to bring a transaction from conception to completion while cultivating new clients and opportunities. This includes negotiating acquisitions and leases, supervising RFP processes, drafting and editing contracts, obtaining competitive bids from subcontractors. In addition, I manage all due diligence such as environmental reports, title work, financing, building inspections, tax abatements, zoning appeals and surveys. I have a multitude of technical computer skills that include Financial Analysis Programs, MS Office, Sketch Up and AutoCAD.
