    • Quality Control Supervisor
      • Jan 2018 - Sep 2019

As Environmental Lights' Quality Control Supervisor I was responsible for implementing tolerances and inspection standard operating procedures, managing the workflow of inspections, and for providing support to the Systems Engineering Department. I collaborated in the design of high-quality LED lighting solutions to meet Environmental Light’s high standards and the requirements of our customers. I worked directly with the Product Engineering department to report the manufacturing facilities (overseas and domestic) adherence to the specifications and tolerances established and with Electrical Assemblers to rework or modify products as needed. Furthermore, it was my responsibility to provided inbound technical support to Sales Engineers and their clients.

    • Electrical Assembler
      • Jun 2017 - Dec 2017

As an Electrical Assembler I was responsible for the modification of our LED products into turn-key custom lighting solutions. Taking designs from our Sales Engineers and Systems Engineers the appropriate materials were prepped for assembly. Parts and subassemblies positioned based on a combination of written, blueprint (AutoCAD) and often verbal instruction. Assemblies typically soldered but a variety of wiring, splicing, and connectors utilized. Proficient miter saw, soldering iron, and other tools a necessity. Custom projects require a hands-on, can-do attitude. Hand-eye coordination and attention to detail ensured projects' success.
