  Joined GE as a Field Engineer where I quickly became the regional cardiology installer. I managed all diagnostic cardiology installs across 5 states. In 2014 I was promoted to the Tech Support role where I could assist installers like myself across the country. Within 6 months I was promoted again to a management position where I developed the process of remotely installing our software products saving the company over $1 million each year. I owned the install process for all of GE Healthcare's non-invasive diagnostic cardiology. With 18 direct reports we installed the "brains" of GE's cardiology information systems in hospitals all around the country. I was in charge of operations and metrics for this business. Managing a diverse group across the United States.
