Responsible for conducting visual investigations applicable to aircraft maintenance standards such as customer impact on the interior components, aircraft exterior paint, and other high concern procedures to provide exceptional customer aircraft satisfaction. Reviewed standard policies and procedures to statistically track for follow up to ensure appropriate corrective actions.· Trained auxiliary department employees to inform and teach company policies and procedures, resulting in changing the behavior of each department team.· Led Inspecting/auditing aircraft resulting in decreased aircraft delays, issues with aircraft equipment resolved, and improved communication with auxiliary departments. Audit scores increased from 91.98% to 95.26%.· Designed a data dashboard, increasing the company's ability to track performance.· Effectively communicated with multiple stakeholders regarding aircraft appearance issues, which reduced the number of damages and repairs needed.· Successfully stepped in as an aircraft auditor in Denver to improve aircraft appearance issues and reduce repeated audit failures of the previous aircraft.
