I had the pleasure of working closely with and reporting to Ryan during my later years on the Human Services Agency - SFBN Operations Data Team. Ryan was a quick book! He learned the ropes of a large and complex operations that supports the administration of benefits to ~250K San Franciscans. Ryan settled in so well that his role quickly expanded to leading the workforce program specialist team - also within the SFN Operations division. Ryan revamped our reporting & analytics infastructure and brought our divisions output closer to bear to a wider range of stakeholders. As a supervisor, Ryan was invested in the success of his direct reports and on several occasions would identify professional development opportunities for us to pursue. I came to also admire Ryan's photography and writing skills (he's a gifted wordsmith and historian in his own right). It remains a pleasure to have worked and learned from you - Ryan. Any high performing team would be fortunate to have a Ryan!
