Ryan is a fast learner, and was able to pick up our unique spreadsheet appraisal system very quickly. He has been able to churn out analysis reports for clients in volume while still maintaining quality, and was extremely reliable with deadlines, which was important since I could rely on reports coming in at a specific time in order to promise delivery to my customers. From historical research on 120 year-old homes to flood zone analysis and neighborhood assessments, Ryan's analysis skills and writing abilities have been extremely valuable to our team.
