The Hospital strives to be the leading private health care provider.- Provide a high standard of customer service whilst performing administrative duties (including reception duties, registration and booking, clerical support and data entry)- Assist Nursing staff and Doctors with all administrative duties involved with quality care and patient satisfaction in a timely manner- Demonstrate leadership and OH&S, and a high level of teamwork and communication- Maintain the 'Dr leave' spread sheet and assist Doctors with adhoc requests- Populate the staffing allocations - Schedule staff rosters on Kronos - Regulate and maintain the kitchen order for the next day- Booking patients onto accredited practitioners theatre lists. Book unplanned patients and emergency procedures - Liaise with doctors rooms to confirm and verify patient and procedure details- Work with theatre and clinical staff to coordinate and organize theatres - Confirm theatre lists with doctors (via rooms) and with theatre and clinical staff - Scan various physical, faxed and emailed documents; patient booking forms and theatre documents- Currently on the Infection Control Committee and Quality Control Committee
