      Job Description: • Manage all aspects of project documentation including submittals, shop drawings, confirming field measurements, RFI’s, closeout documentation, testing reports, as built drawings, O&M and training manuals, attending job meetings and record keeping. • Interface with the owner regarding timely turnover of schedules and project record keeping such as photographs, videos and meeting minutes. • Maintain a working set of logs to track correspondence, submittals and relevant information regarding change order status with the owner. • Manage completion of the punch list by both Silverite’s forces and the subcontractors on projects in closeout phase. • Work closely with the Project Manager and Senior Staff as well as the Project Superintendent in order to achieve the goals of maintaining workflow through timely submission and tracking of information and materials. • Timely submission of shop drawings, safe work plans, job hazard analyses, permit management and tracking with our expeditor, and compliance with owner requirements in order to promote a stable and efficient job moving forward from the start. The work is significantly diverse and the agencies that we work for also vary. Silverite has worked for the NYC DEP, NYC SCA, NYCTA, NYC Parks and Recreation, MTA, DDC and NY Dormitory Authority to name a few.
