Few people have the opportunity to be lead by a CEO that combines new-age, conscious leadership with old-school work ethic, I was lucky enough to have experienced this combination with, Ryan. Although I did not report directly to him, Ryan had an open door policy and as a result over the years he became a trusted advisor, mentor and friend.
