Ryan is an extraordinary creative strategic thinker. He sees the big picture, takes calculated risk and executes methodically. Ryan brings servanthood leadership, passion and energy to every situation. I love working with him because he is the "it" factor.

As part of a small Marketing team with Ryan, I can give a very personal testimonial for his management ability. Simply put, he was great. Ryan had to be nimble enough to make sure the overall marketing vision was consistent throughout our universe of tasks, which included major event planning, promotional material production, and the establishment of tactical partnerships in the area. Our work environment was fast-paced and always changing; Ryan rolled with the punches, delegating efficiently to make sure the work got done. Ryan was a pleasure to work with because he actually cared how I felt, and would reach out to me if he sensed anything out of balance. He would ask for my input and frequently try to include my thoughts into whatever the overall product might be. Ryan understands every employee needs to feel valued and respected to do a good job, and worked hard to make sure I felt that way. This is what sets him apart. I would gladly elaborate on any of Ryan's qualities via message or a phone call.
