Mr. Serrano is one of if not the fastest learners I have ever met. With little guidance and only a few short days working together, Ryan was operating at nearly full speed. From the initial meeting to outline objectives and goals to the delivery of final product, Ryan paid attention to all details. His requirements gathering, documentation, notes and updates were immaculate. Ryan can focus on the bigger picture without forgetting the smaller details that must be worked on before the final deliverable can be made. His background as a BA shows and his knowledge in the IT world never ceased to amaze me. Quick learner, dedicated, motivated and honest. Best words to describe Ryan Serrano.
