I recently took an Executive Presence training that was led by Ryan, and it was one of the most enjoyable and valuable sessions I have participated in. He is an enthusiastic and effective communicator, and he clearly embodies all of the skills and traits that he coaches on. It was interesting to see how much we accomplished in one day, and everyone showed significant improvement in their presentations by the end of the training. I now understand the process of public speaking from the outside looking in, and have greatly improved confidence in hitting the mark with varying audiences. Not easy when material is dense.
