Ryan assisted me during his internship with HCA’s West Florida Performance improvement Team. He helped visualize potential changes in patient flow during an ED surge through a series of flow charts and zone-mapping of the physical plant area. In a very short amount of time, Ryan was able to quickly orient himself to the plethora of new information regarding ED structure and patient flow triggers. Ryan is not only diligent and detail-oriented, but was able to quickly understand the perspective of relevant stakeholders which was apparent through all of his insightful questions and meaningful suggestions. I hope to work with Ryan again in the near future.
