Each leader picks what works best for them…and they should. What we do at Educate Innovate Inspire Consulting, LLC (EII) is built upon a simple approach that encompasses all those practices with one essential change – a shift towards leading by learning as the only outcome. What our research and practical experience show is that individuals succeed because they learn through self-concept (relevance) and experience. Once they have learned in this way, involving them in a problem-centered process brings out the best in a team. We work with the senior leadership of an organization to help them set a standard of acceptable learning and hold their team accountable to that standard. It takes time, but both the leader and his or her team will find success. We support leaders in creating an imaginative, collaborative, innovative team that is more rigorous than previously thought possible. Failure is no longer acceptable because any who fall behind are re-mediated. Outcomes improve as a result of this focus on the fundamental goal: learning. @EIInspire Show less
