Under the supervision of Prof. Richard Oakley, conducted research in the field of stable thiazyl radicals. Principally responsible for the 5-step synthesis of two novel thiazyl radicals resulting in the publication of two high impact peer-reviewed papers. Several steps were conducted in an air sensitive manner requiring the use of Schlenk line and glove box techniques.
