      I used to be a co-owner of the student-run restaurant in my dorm. A group of us ran the business and decided the hours, menu, prices, wages, marketing and advertising. Through this experience I gained leadership skills and experience working with a group running a small business. Currently, Yaz's is a paid job through the University, so we are not completely independent like in previous years.
