I have had the pleasure of working with Ryan one on one on a daily basis, and was able to not only witness his professional accomplishments, but also learn about his personal standards. From day one I was impressed by his knowledge of the professional world and his natural ability to connect with clients and coworkers. The multiple positions he held within the organization required him to be both a team member and work independently, both at which he excelled. His creativity and calm temperament allow him to take on any responsibilities, even in stressful situations. Among the many projects he completed, Ryan was given full control of our VIP operations on game day, where he supervised a team and serviced our partners seamlessly during the entire season. Ryan has a real passion for his work, and his desire to succeed make him an individual I would fully recommend to any employer.

Ryan began working with the Switchbacks as an intern with our Director of Partnerships. He was very organized and personable so we hired him on in our ticketing department when his internship expired. Ryan brought those same skills to our ticketing team and was very successful. Ryan had a very positive attitude, was focused on making sales, and also made those around him better.
