  Currently working as a 3rd Line/Projects engineer for the hosted desktop portion of the IRIS Software Group. My primary role in this position is to handle and resolve a variety of issues for some of our larger infrastructure clients. This involves highlighting the issues that are present and working with the client to efficiently resolve them to their satisfaction. Some of the main aspects of this role include: > Office 365 and Azure administration and troubleshooting. > Administration and problem-solving related to Microsoft Server 2012 R2 and Server 2016. > Resolving issues related to a wide range of applications including the IRIS application suite. Some projects that I have been involved with include setting up Azure Active Directory Connect, Microsoft Intune, and two-factor authentication for remote desktop. I am also involved with ongoing projects such as mail migrations to Exchange Online and operating system upgrades. Show less
