I never knew what having a good project manager was worth (his weight in gold) until I had the chance to work in a department where Ryan did project management. Disparate departments know exactly what they should be doing to accomplish overall company goals, and even when priorities change from above, it doesn’t stop Ryan’s clockwork system—actually it’s software and skill—from ticking along, keeping everyone from being confused and making sure we all know what we can work on, what’s urgent, what’s coming down the pike, and whatever happened to that thing that was #1 priority six months ago that resource constraints put on hold. Ryan would be a wonderful asset to any team that needs to get (or stay) unified, organized, and on track. I highly recommend him, even though no one could replace him.
