Diagnose/Repair low level electric PLC components, electric motors, alarms, analog and digital controls using hand-tools and diagnostic equipment. Perform preventative maintenance checks (PMC) weekly/ semi-annual/annual calibration checks between network computers and analog/digital controls. Weekly/Monthly preventative maintenance and repair on both Barco and Digital Image Projector Systems; visual alignment, repair and testing. Maintain/repair six $80,000 Uninterruptible Power System (UPS) stations for each simulator.
