I was fortunate to coach Ryan when he was at his Junior High School. As a player and student, I always found Ryan very receptive to coaching. He would listen to instructions and advice and try to implement it. He has a tremendous work ethic and I could never fault his effort. Ryan was always a kind, polite, and respectful young man. He was well respected by both his peers and staff. I am sure that Ryan would be a wonderful asset to any organisation he worked for.
