QUANTT is Queen's university's first algorithmic network trading design team at focusing on quantitative trading and portfolio management using tools including but not limited to Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (A.I.), statistical analysis, and financial research. We use the Quantopian platform to educate our members, research and backtest our trading strategies, live trade our algorithms, and push the envelope of quantitative trading.

Queen’s Supermileage (QSM) is a student-run design team that aims to shape the future of fuel consumption. With the combined technical knowledge and skill base of students across all faculties, we create innovative solutions to optimize fuel efficiency through the design and manufacture of prototype cars. Utilizing both established (gasoline & diesel) and alternative (electric battery, fuel cell, etc) energy sources, our goal is to develop a vehicle that obtains mileages in excess of 1000 miles per gallon. QSM competes annually at Shell Eco-Marathon Americas in the pursuit of achieving the leading design for fuel efficiency.
