My biggest takeaway from Ryan is his positive attitude and ability to remain self-confident during the roller coaster ride that is sales. Ryan sees the big picture; rather than putting blinders on and looking at only what is directly in front of him, he considers his past experiences and thinks of what may lie ahead.
