Jul 2015 - Present
I currently work in a retail sports environment where I initially started to allow me to undertake a Master’s degree in Sport & Exercise Science. The flexible nature of the working hours allowed me to work to fund my studies without disrupting them. My role generally involves dealing with the general public, advising them of the most suitable clothing or footwear solution for their specific needs and being in overall charge of the footwear department. I also conduct induction courses for new starters. Working hours of 6am starts and 10pm finishes are common, including weekends and demonstrate my commitment, flexibility & work ethic.

Jul 2017 - May 2018
I worked as a First Team Sport Scientist Intern at League One club Bury FC. The main focus of my role was to oversee the GPS (Catapult) for the first team on a day to day basis at the Carrington training complex, as well as on match days. I made sure each player was wearing their designated GPS pod during training and games and monitored various performance indicators. I then created reports post session, working in conjunction with the club analysts and coaching staff requirements.I also gained experience in overseeing rehabilitation / strength & conditioning sessions and hands on Performance Analysis experience with match day coding using SportsCode / Gamebreaker software, in addition to filming sessions and matches.

Warehouse Worker

Jul 2014 - Oct 2014
I worked a 6am-10am shift on a 4 day on 4 day off basis over the summer. These shifts demonstrate my flexibility as the working days were different every week. I had to take on many roles within the warehouse including picking and packing stock items to be distributed worldwide. This required focus and the ability to work quickly and efficiently to make sure orders were correct and on time. I worked a 6am-10am shift on a 4 day on 4 day off basis over the summer.
