Ryan was my direct manager for over a year. He has a focus and determination unlike anyone else and a talent for understanding problems and driving data-driven results. With his guidance I developed and scaled a successful Customer Care organization. I learned so much from him and he helped shape me into the leader I am today. I have no doubt he will be a great leader at any company!
Michael Chen
I have known and worked with Ryan Miller for almost 6 years now, first during the early years at DoorDash and then at WanderJaunt. In both companies, Ryan operated at the intersection of being analytically rigorous while still having a bias to action. At WanderJaunt, Ryan was Head of Strategy and Operations, overseeing all 8 of our local markets, our launch team, and our business ops team. He helped create KPIs and tracked each of our local markets to them. I, along with many others at WanderJaunt, have a consulting background but Ryan is in a whole league of his own when it comes to keeping everyone organized and focusing on the metrics that truly matter. Ryan likes to win debates with data and isn't afraid to spin up experiments to attain that data. To say that Ryan will be an asset for any team lucky enough to have him is an understatement. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
