I had the pleasure of working directly with Ryan for a year and a half on a daily basis as he ran our several annual golf events, oversaw our flagship Golf Passport product, managed our magazine circulation and much more. He constantly had a lot on his plate and was a one-man show for many aspects of his role. He dealt with consistently stressful situations and tight deadlines both graciously and calmly and always figured out a solution that ultimately made an event run successfully or a product be delivered smoothly. Integrity and sincerity are two words that come to mind when thinking about Ryan and not only his personality, but his sales and customer service skills. His daily interactions with clients and colleagues alike were genuine and straightforward and usually ended with the client or customer smiling. Those qualities along with his strong work ethic also led him to drive our Golf Passport product to 125% of the sales goals and to increase other revenue streams via our events and other products. Ryan’s skills, confidence and leadership grew tremendously in the time we worked together and he will no doubt have a long and successful career in whatever he chooses to do. Our company and office environment was friendlier and ultimately more successful for having Ryan as part of it and he will be a great asset to any company he works for.
