Maintaining Quality Report for Scanbox QA working closely with production department to communicate the types of rejects helping to improve and streamline the process. Train other RMA technician to properly support all RMA receiving process through the NetSuite workflows. Assign RMA technicians to perform any Smart Source reconfiguration needed assuring that units meet Digital Check quality standards.
