Ryan has been heavily involved in the real estate industry since 2003. After graduating from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Ryan quickly turned his attention to the real estate industry. Within a couple years of graduation he had become a licensed Real Estate Agent, Mortgage Broker, and Title Agent.In 2003, Ryan’s primary focus was investment properties. That same year he opened his first business, Synergy Real Estate Investments. Through Synergy, Ryan conducted research and analysis on potential investment communities and individual properties, provided investment consulting for real estate investors, and organized real estate investment networking groups and seminars. In 2005, Ryan became the Managing Partner for First Priority Title. He opened and managed the Orlando branch and was also responsible for establishing and implementing the internal processes for all the three branches’. In 2006, Ryan opened Nationwide Mortgage Consultants shortly after he had established First Priority Title as a premier title company in Central Florida. He was the President of Nationwide Mortgage Consultants and quickly grew the company to fifteen loan officers. His primary responsibility was business development and procuring leads through business relationships and marketing efforts.In 2007, Ryan joined Keller Williams as a Real Estate Consultant. Keller Williams is a collection some of the most talented and innovative Real Estate Agents in Central Florida. Ryan’s extensive background and knowledge within the industry has only continued to strengthen the team. Ryan was also the Managing Partner of RealSource Property Management with a portfolio of over 150 Properties.
