I had a pleasure to work with Ryan for more than three years and I can strongly say that he has a natural and exceptional talent for product management, and an ability to communicate complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences in a way that resonates. He is a patient, diplomatic, and thoughtful professional who knows how to hear the client's and business' needs and transform it into clear project requirements. His previous experience in Design and UX makes him a great leader as he can clearly see all pitfalls on the very early product stages which helps to prevent a lot of issues starting from client-side and ending on the development team. He flawlessly leads a diverse team of highly competent and responsive software and design professionals who together create an engaging and rapidly evolving applications. A brilliant product manager with a technical and design mindset. Any product team would be lucky to have Ryan as an exemplary leader and a great team member. Looking forward to working with you again one day.

We have worked with Ryan on various projects for five years. I am not very generous in gratitude, but I am happy to write a few kind words to my ex-colleague. Ryan is a great example when people say a talented person - talented in everything. Excellent communication skills, the ability to feel the client's needs, a thoughtful and systematic approach to everything, genius writing skills. The creative look of the designer is combined in one person with the ability to quickly delve into the technical details and business needs. Ryan always thinks ahead, thinks broadly and creatively. Well and the main thing - he also likes to play chess :). I am proud that I had the opportunity to work with him for so long and on so many projects, I hope our paths will cross in the future.

I lead our design and product development teams to create a new platform for credit unions and banks. Therein, I oversee the full cycle of development--from vision and research, to requirements and design, to development and release. I've also had privilege of advising many of our clients who represent financial institutions with at least $2B in assets. In these advising roles, I've lead dozens of projects for both banks and credit unions -- helping our clients create banking infrastructures and products that engage their communities http://bankingon.io/

Managing and leading the design of Agilefusion's client projects. I am accountable for assessing clients' needs, creating a backlog of user stories based on user-research/personas, and then overseeing the process of moving from low-fidelity wireframes to a prototype phase. For each project, I also plan and conduct usability studies to confirm our design decisions. I am responsible for managing our engineering team using agile/scrum techniques. I see that the project and the execution of the finished designs exceed our clients' expectations.
