I worked with Ryan at Inn from the Cold on the Resource Development team and Ryan consistently went out of his way to help us be our very best. Ryan helped us with purchasing/implementing new marketing & fund development software that allowed us to engage with our database in ways to be strategic in our approach. Anytime I asked Ryan for assistance with research and data analysis he would always look for ways to help. Ryan is a kind and diligent person to work with who brings exceptional value to a company. His multi-disciplinary background and strong understanding of marketing personas make him an important contributor to a great development team.

Ryan is a highly efficient task handler. He takes charge of projects and leads teams through process mapping and problem-solving. He has years of experience with CRMs of both the cloud and server-based protocol. (Salesforce and Raiser's Edge) During our time together as Data Development Assistants, we worked efficiently and effectively as a team, resolving over 50,000 duplicates in the database in a short amount of time.
