In addition to that was also put as the BPO Person in Charge handling the UAT for the upcoming GoBiz 2.0 app. Liaised directly with UMobile and the internal development teams regarding issues found during testing and the actual progress of the UAT. Presented to UMobile staff members and internal staff on a weekly basis explaining and elaborating all the issues found on the app. Tested on both iOS and Android platforms concurrently and organized a final report collaborating all the screenshots together.
