I have known Ryan since he came into our organization in 2012. From the moment he walked through the door he has been a force to be reckoned with. As a sales rep he obliterated our comp plan. Before Ryan we had 3 categories in production. We had the beginning rep (little to no production), the middle rep (covered their own seats), and the Sr rep (driving a significant portion of our rev). Ryan was producing the equivalent of 3-4 Sr reps. In the years I have seen him develop, he grew as a leader and team player. He was asked to take on more responsibility and became a major player for us at Trade-shows in all of our Verticals. He is the only individual in the history of our company to ever work in every area of practice. As a Trade-show manager, he has provided us invaluable guidance on helping our reps become more successful and improving our total production at these events. When I do move on from iMatrix, Ryan will be my first call to bring him with me. In my 8 years at iMatrix, no one has been able to produce or help reps produce more.

From my first day of work at iMatrix, Ryan has set the example (as well as setting the bar) of what a true salesman is all about. He not only took the time to personally train me, but shows a true effort in having his entire team success. Ryan consistently not only hits his sales goal numbers each & every month, but excels far past everyone's expectations time & time again.. Fast forward 4 years later, and Ryan has not only received a well deserved promotion to Sales Manager, but is still leading the board each month in sales, and remains the shinning example & idol for all new sales employees. I can honestly say that he is quite literally the best salesman that I've personally ever witnessed. I cannot recommend his skill sets enough to anyone lucky enough to have such a consistent sales superstar!
