Ensuring that deviations to critical milestones are flagged at the earliest opportunity. • Project Manage the implementation of the network delivery and optimisation plans ensuring internal and external suppliers are delivering to budget, on time and to scope. • Ensure the manager’s philosophy of ownership of tasks is followed, stressing the need for individual order accountability. Identify risks and raise appropriate escalations or expedites to mitigate against these risks. • Accurately update and maintain the global Level 3 inventory database and network elements. • Update all global and regional customer databases to provide complete and timely status throughout the life-cycle of each network deployment and network decommission. • Manage the installation and implementation of DWDM, Dark Fibre and 3rd party connections scheduling and prioritizing tasks via the global work flow task systems. • Engage with Network Planning, Transport Provisioning, Sales, Field Engineers and project management. • Initiate and drive new processes within the team for maximum effectiveness. • Support network planning, service delivery and engineering with network deployment issues, when support requested. • Liaise with Architecture, Operations, Tier 3, Product and Management to ensure the successful planning, technical and financial approvals and implementation of projects.
