I was the technical lead for the Capacity Management squad and worked with Ryan for the past year. Ryan quickly learns new skill and has become quite proficient with java, and using REST API to extract data content from p-series servers and storing in a relational database (DB2). Ryan enhanced our Capacity UI (Angular) with p-series capacity metrics, and updated our back-end services (node) to serve database content to the Capacity UI. Ryan is focused on writing good quality code with a focus on performance. I appreciate his ability to dig into complex problems and find creative solutions to resolve the issues. I've enjoyed working with Ryan and highly recommend him as a software engineer.

Ryan came to IBM as a fresh colleague graduate. I was fortunate to witness him becoming a competent, professional software engineer. Ryan has great technical skills. He is one of our three key java developers and a go to person for anything system P related. He is also a quick leaner and problem solver. When we worked on a hackthon project, he quickly learned new skills like Angular and WebSocket and came up with a MVP over a weekend. Ryan has great attitude and he is always willing to help other team members. He collaborates closely with our team in our agile development process. He constantly seeks feedback from his colleagues and finds every opportunity to improve himself. Overall I had great pleasure working with him in the past few years. I highly recommend him as a software engineer for any organization.
