Ryan is without question the best CAD technician I have ever worked with, in fact he is far more than a CAD technician and can be trusted to carry out highway geometric design and detailing etc with minimal supervision, he is competent using PDS for design and earthworks volumes etc. He is currently learning to use Revit in his own time so he is ahead of the curve in implementing BIM in Infrastructure. A first class chap and a valued member of the team.
