Engaged in litigation with Twitter, Inc., regarding their non-compliance to subpoena process for public "tweet" information. Liaise on regular basis with the NYPD Legal Bureau, Commanding Officers of the various NYPD Task Force Commands, members of the Technical Assistance Response Unit (TARU), and private property owners to coordinate the District Attorney's Office/NYPD response to expected and unexpected protest actions.
