Senior Pastor
-
Sep 2015 - Oct 2021
As Senior Pastor of The Well Church in Tomahawk WI. I oversaw the day-to-day operations of the church, tended to the faith-based needs of my congregation, and make the difficult look easy. My most notable accomplishments at The Well would be, financial donation to the church increased by 14% my first two years, church membership grew by 12% the last six years, leading the church through a major shift in mission and vision which included a name change and re-branding of the church. I cast vision and led the charge for two significant remodels including foyer, fellowship hall, kitchen, and sanctuary. I have constructed two coffee shops from scratch that serve our members each week. I also had to fundraise over $35,000 for other projects. Under my time as senior pastor the church has installed a variety of new technologies that aid in our ability to reach people (DMX lighting, online streaming, development of church app to name a few) We are now multi campus. We have a physical location which meets every Sunday as well as a growing online campus. Lastly, I have helped launch new ministries within the church to address the faith-based needs of our members as well as people in our community.
