I had the pleasure of helping to select Ryan Harris to join the adidas US eCommerce team to take over from the interim period during which my global team and I had been running US eCom channel marketing. Ryan came to adidas with a great pedigree, with relevant experience at Google, and has proven himself to have been an excellent pick at an exciting time as the company prioritizes both the US market and digital. Ryan’s leadership capabilities, intelligence, business acumen, planning and analytical skills, subject matter expertise, thoughtfulness, tact, honesty and collaborative nature have enabled him to build extremely solid relationships in the US business (Brand, eCom and beyond) and with global counterparts.
