  At Goalz Centre of Excellence I was a Director and Majority share holder. specialising in Football development, working with grass roots football clubs. We provided qualified coaches to deliver a 12 week program developing both players and coaches. We also specialised in Talent I.D assessing the players Technically, Physically and mentally. The better players are then invited to our Development sessions once a week, then when we feel they are ready we send them off to Professional elite academies for trials. Our success rate was 60%. I focused on the mental, technical and physical development of the players. The group bonded very well and showed progress every week. My highlight was beating Manchester City at Platt Lane.
