As a deckhand I dealt with 6- 140 customers daily. Where my job was to make sure they had an enjoyable day on the water. Whether that consisted of untangling lines, dropping/ hauling anchors, learning knots, and rigging. However, the main part of my job was customer service and attention to detail which I have been improving on throughout my years with the fleet. As a deckhand I dealt with 6- 140 customers daily. As a family run business we strove to give our customers a high quality product that is made in the USA. We wanted to make our jigs unique and that's where we came up with the idea of safe handling. We came up with a way to encapsulate the lead without changing the way the jig fishes, and looks. As a small company we continually sought after new and alternative ways to reach our clientele; fishing on cod fishing boats, fishing shows, and our website.
