I was incredibly fortunate to launch my industrial design career under Ryan’s leadership. He has an acute understanding of where and how design can add the most value on each project, problem, and opportunity he comes up against. He is an effective champion of true human-centered design. After only a few days of working with him it was clear that he was not going to allow his (then small) team to design without that same caliber of diligence. Ryan consistently pushed me to execute at a level that I didn’t think I was capable of. This resulted in great personal growth over a short amount of time.
