  Inspection of incoming items from suppliers including 1st offs, reading the dimensions and tolerances from CAD drawings, liaising with suppliers and project managers to rectify any faults that may occur, raising NCR's against suppliers for faulty goods, passing components off on the internal stock software so there available for production, reading through doc packs to make sure component traceability is kept right through to the manufacturing stages, offsite inspections including travel to offshore destinations, filling out inspection reports and filing them on the works internal network, overhead crane, FLT, attending project meetings, buoyancy tests, shop floor patrol inspections, client facing, testing manufactured goods prior to being shipped to customers.
