  As the only employee at the farm (besides my boss), I'm tasked with a lot of responsibilities at the farm. I can't afford to slack off or waste time at the farm, therefore I personally feel that I have a fairly strong work ethic that I credit from this job. I've done just about everything there, from weeding to wrapping and tying trees, to loading trucks that are picking up orders.
