      This role consists of 2 key components: I. Package Dispatch Supervisor a. Directly supervises 14 part-time management staff and 120 hourly employees to address processes, safety, staffing, training, and disciplinary issues. c. Inspects work areas to ensure employees are adhering to proper methods and procedures to reduce injuries and resolve potential performance problems. d. Provides constant feedback using side-by-side performance evaluations, coach-and-counsel sessions, and data reports in a fair, non-objective, and consistent manner. e. Networks with peers in other departments (HR, Engineering, Account Executives) to improve upon current processes and meet budget guidelines. f. Ensures all unionized and union-free employees comply with federal DOT, FAA, and OSHA requirements. g. Champions the center's OSHA regulated Comprehensive Health and Safety Plan. Show less
