      This was my first regular job in a working environment combined with all ages and experience. I had to learn new things quickly and be able to apply myself to getting things done. Customers had to be dealt with politely and I believe I did this continuously. Greeting customers and being taught and eventually teaching new staff how to complete tasks allowed me to grow in confidence and determination to get myself and the other employees working to their best. Duties included organising new stock, finding and checking the shoes to be transferred to another store, tagging and putting out new stock, delivery, serving customers on the shop floor and providing them with information and help.
