  Assisted the superintendents in a ground-up daycare facility, physician group office and a remodel of existing strip center space. Acted as the superintendent for three projects which include a pediatric dentist office, remodeling of a chemical distribution/storage facility, and a community pool. I managed all aspects of the project including project plan/timeline, proper permits, communication with property owners and Bey owner, negotiations with vendors and suppliers, coordination for delivery of materials, and the operation of heavy equipment. I would ensure work was done in compliance with city standards and arrange for proper inspections to continue progress. I was responsible for ensuring work was completed in compliance with city requirements and contract documents with both sub-contractors and the owner, and developing and managing Requests for information (RFI) to ensure owner preferences were met.
