Ryan joined Skipper and soon showed us that he would be a substantial asset to the team. After working in the field for 3 months, I brought Ryan in to join our Logistics and Support office team. He learned quickly and became an integral part of our team. Always willing to do what was needed, a positive force for office culture, and confident in providing suggestions to improve morale and operations. Soon we decided these traits would aid not just the back-office team, but those in the field as well. With a growing team of in-field employees, we created a much-needed role that also played to Ryan’s strengths and introduced the Field Supervisor role. He was quick to learn who would benefit from a performance check-in by using tracking employee metrics and we saw real change in those he interacted with in the field. Like our entire team, Ryan wore many hats and thrived on having a constant workload and sense of purpose.
